What I’m looking forward to

I’m looking forward to talking at a number of literary festivals in the next few months. Originally I thought talking about the novel might be nerve-wracking, but it turns out to be   really enjoyable, mainly because the people who come are so fascinated by the period. I’m talking about Nazi wives, female spies and hidden lives at Kelmash historical festival on July 2oth, followed by the Ham and High literary festival on September 15th, the Soho Literary festival on September 28th, the Henley festival on October 4th, King’s Place on October 6th, the Isle of Wight festival on October 19th, the HWA Harrogate festival on October 25th, as well as the Wimbledon Bookfest.
